Flash Drying Oven

Description

The natural gas heating flash drying machine adopts unique hot air internal circulation technology to make the plate dry rapidly after pasting. The plate is not easy to get crack, the water loss inside the plate is little, which saves cost compared with electrical heating. The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, good maintainability, high production efficiency, etc.

Working Principle

By using the high temperature air blower and upper and lower air channel, the heat utilization is high by making full use of hot air internal circulation; it adopts crawler type conveying chain to transport the plates with speed control, applicable for all sizes of plates.
