Used for acid filling battery (with battery weighing function).

Features

The machine has 3 stations, 1st and 3rd station is weighing station, 2nd station is the acid filling station. The loading and unloading weighing system has the function of data collection, display, storage and reading. The times of acid filling can be set freely. With acid density, acid temperature display function. Loading and unloading weighing data is displayed on the same HMI.

316L stainless steel frame, PP acid-proof plastic belt, Mitsubishi PLC; Mitsubishi HMI, KOYO rotary encoder, customized weighing system, vacuum pump, AirTAC pneumatic components, Schneider low-voltage electrical appliances.
