Terminal made by gravity caster→cold pressing →trimming→grooving
1.Automatic Gravity Casting Machine
Production Capacity:3~4 molds/min (one furnace one machine);6~8 molds/min (one furnace two machines);
2.High Precision Cold Pressing Machine
The cold pressing mold is the core for making the cold pressing product; Pressing machine is customized according to the technical requirement (stroke, pressure and speed is specially customized);Double press start button, with light curtain protection (to protect the operator).Product ejection:the ejection device is used to eject the product,and then take it out manuallyEach mold has two cavities(production speed is about 6~10 molds/min)
3.Trimming Machine
It is used for trimming the remaining material of the bush after cold pressing.The mold has two cavities (production speed is about 14~18pcs/min)
4.Grooving Machine
It is used for making the groove, so that the PP material can combine the bush tightly,moreover,it will increase acid climbing distance and accordingly reduce acid climbing risk.
